🌙 Preorder & Cancellation Policy

Preorders allow you to reserve limited-edition items from the Twilight Swan House Exclusive Collection before they are available to ship.
Each piece is produced in small batches, and production begins shortly after orders are placed.

Because of this made-to-order process, preorders are considered final once production has begun.
If you need to cancel, please contact us at info@swannyandco.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that time, we’re unable to guarantee cancellations or refunds, as materials are already allocated to your reserved item.

If your preorder item arrives damaged or defective, our Return & Exchange Policy applies, and we’ll make it right.

For our first edition queen bedding release, customers will receive a complimentary early shipment (“oopsie” set) followed by a corrected edition. Orders become final once the first shipment has been mailed, and cancellations are no longer possible at that point.
